If you are attending an acting workshop or acting class, you must know that part of what you are doing there (inside the classroom) is an acting role or acting exercise with your fellow actors. And that is in front of your acting teacher or acting coach, and sometimes, some outsiders, observing what is going on in the room.

In a way, they are the audience. And every time you get done with the acting part, you would feel a different kind of adrenaline. You did an acting task, after all.

That feeling could be that you get anxious, nervous even. But most importantly, there is that feeling of excitement. Think about that.

Performing during an audition is an opportunity. Besides, not every actor gets to audition for that role. And you were called in to try it out. Who knows what excitement and joy could you experience while preparing and performing in an acting audition?

Putting that in your mind sets you in a better position. And you will have fun doing that.

Whether you book the role or not, the journey while inside the audition room teaches you one thing.

You have just taken yourself one step further.
