In this digital age, many indie filmmakers are enthusiastic to begin a filmmaking project using digital cameras and smartphones.
Hollywood North Canada would like to support such endeavour and would like to encourage new filmmakers to tap into their creativity, start the project and share that work later.
Indie filmmakers need support, encouragement and appreciation for the work they are doing. Many indie filmmakers have limited access to resources.
But with digital technologies available today, filmmakers need to look into practical avenues where they can showcase their work and achieve recognition.
